16-bit application that has two primary functions:  1.) Create exact duplicate of floppy disk image that can be used to replicate the image on new media.  For example, FILER A: FLOPPY.IMG creates an image of the floppy disk; FILER FLOPPY.IMG A: explodes the image back to media making an exact duplicate of the original floppy.  2.) Filer also examines W2K and NT4 backup log files for warning and errors and displays the results.  Type FILER /? for command line options.
